By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
Platform: Solar Wind Mart website and related services
User: Any buyer, seller, vendor, partner, or visitor
Assets: Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment
PPA: Agreement between energy producer and buyer
Transaction: Any sale, purchase, or agreement conducted via platform
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use our services:
You must be 18 years or older
You must provide accurate and complete information
Business users must provide valid registration details (GST, PAN, etc.)
One account per individual or entity is allowed
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Platform Role
Solar Wind Mart acts as a technology platform only that:
Connects buyers, sellers, and partners
Facilitates listings, communication, and transactions

Own listed assets
Participate in PPA agreements
Guarantee transaction outcomes
5. Asset Listings
Users may list renewable energy assets with specifications and pricing
Listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate policies
6. PPA Services
The platform enables connection between energy producers and buyers
All agreements are directly between involved parties
Users must review and agree to terms independently
We are not responsible for PPA execution or disputes
7. Sales & Purchases
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for transactions
All product details, pricing, and delivery terms must be clearly defined
Solar Wind Mart is not liable for:
Product quality
Delivery delays
Payment failures
Contract disputes
8. Payments & Fees
Payments may be processed via third-party gateways
Platform service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Users are responsible for accurate payment details
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information
Use the platform lawfully
Maintain account security
Honor commitments made in transactions
10. Prohibited Use
You must NOT:
Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
Upload false or illegal content
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
Use bots, scraping tools, or automation
Manipulate pricing or bidding
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content (design, branding, software) belongs to Solar Wind Mart
