Participation in PPA (Power Purchase Agreements)
Buying and selling of products and services
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Definitions
Platform: Solar Wind Mart website and services
User: Any buyer, seller, vendor, or partner using the platform
Assets: Solar panels, inverters, batteries, or related equipment listed
PPA: Power Purchase Agreement between energy producers and buyers
Transaction: Any sale, purchase, or agreement executed via platform
3. Eligibility
To use the platform:
You must be at least 18 years old
You must provide valid personal/business details
Businesses must be legally registered (GST/PAN if applicable)
You must not be blacklisted by any authority
4. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and updated information
One account per entity is allowed
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
5. Asset Listings
Sellers can list renewable energy assets with specifications, pricing, and images
All listings must be accurate and not misleading
Solar Wind Mart does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of listed assets
Buyers must verify details before making purchases
6. PPA (Power Purchase Agreements)
The platform facilitates connections between energy producers and buyers
Solar Wind Mart acts only as an intermediary
All agreements are directly between involved parties
Users are responsible for reviewing terms before signing any agreement
7. Sales & Purchases
Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing transactions
Prices, delivery terms, and warranties must be clearly defined
The platform is not liable for:
Product quality issues
Delivery delays
Payment disputes between users
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through secure third-party gateways
Platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Users must ensure correct payment details
9. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
Provide genuine products/services
Maintain quality standards
Fulfill commitments made in listings or agreements
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
Submit false or misleading information
Engage in fraud or fake transactions
Attempt unauthorized access or hacking
Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
Manipulate bidding or pricing
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and design belong to Solar Wind Mart
Users may not copy, reuse, or distribute without permission
12. Limitation of Liability
Solar Wind Mart is a platform provider only and is not responsible for:
Disputes between buyers and sellers
Losses due to failed transactions
Errors in listings or agreements
External service failures (payments, logistics, etc.)
13. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
False information is provided
14. Privacy & Data
User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell user data to third parties.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of applicable courts.
